Search and AI answers
Structure, metadata and a machine readable summary of the season, so search engines and AI assistants can read it.
The challenge
A tournament series lives on turnout. Halliday Game needed players to find it, see in a moment who can enter, where and when, register in a minute and keep coming back between event nights. The organiser runs the venue, the referees and the prizes, so everything digital had to come from one studio: a name and a look, a site that explains the season, a place for players to sign in, and a team that keeps the community talking.
What we did
We started with the identity: the logo, a brand book and the stationery, so every screen and post would speak with one voice. The website explains the season, the games and the event nights, and registration asks only for a gamer tag, Discord and Instagram handles and consent to the rules. Behind sign in, players complete daily missions, send proof, earn experience points and climb leagues, choose a character and unlock cosmetics they earn but never buy, and follow the leaderboard and a live community feed. Staff have their own console to review proof, look after players and moderate the chat rooms. Around the platform we run the social plan of scripted Reels, carousels and daily Stories, look after Discord and the website, manage Meta campaigns and lay the foundations for search and AI answers.
What we built
- A brand identity with a logo, a brand book and stationery
- Registration in under a minute, with consent recorded
- Daily missions, experience points and leagues between events
- Characters and cosmetics that are earned, never sold
- A staff console for proof review, players and chat moderation
- Social content, Discord, Meta campaigns and search in one plan
The outcome
The brand, the website, the player panel and the staff console are live on hallidaygame.com, and the growth work runs through the season: content, community, campaigns and search. Event dates, venues and prizes are set by the organiser and published only when final, so the site marks anything still open as to be confirmed.
The parts of the system
The public website
The season at a glance: the games, the event nights with their countdowns, the rules, a FAQ and registration. Anything the organiser has not confirmed yet, such as a date, is marked to be confirmed rather than guessed.
- Event pages with times in Gulf time and a countdown
- A page for each game in the season
- Registration with a gamer tag, Discord and Instagram
- Rules and consent recorded at sign up
- Installable on a phone's home screen
- Structured data and a summary AI assistants can read

The player panel
Where a registered player spends the time between event nights. The pictures below come from a local run with fictional demo players.
- Daily missions with proof and a visible review status
- Experience points, levels and leagues with a progress bar
- An event pass for players who reach the gate
- Characters, titles, frames and banners to unlock
- Season and weekly leaderboards
- Game chat rooms with reporting and filters

The staff console
Where the organiser's team keeps the game fair. It sits behind its own sign in, so it has no public address. The pictures below come from a local run with fictional demo data.
- A review queue for mission proof, with a note on every decision
- Player search, profiles and manual corrections
- Missions created, paused and archived
- Chat moderation for held and reported messages
- An audit log of every moderation action
