Terms of service

The content on 4ai.ae is there to tell you what the studio does. We keep it accurate but do not promise it is free of errors, and nothing on it is an offer until a written proposal says so.

Do not scrape the site, probe or overload it, interfere with its security features, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

The portal is for existing clients. You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to the email address you gave us; whoever can read that inbox can reach your account, so keep it protected and tell us at once if that changes.

We may suspend an account that is used in breach of these terms, to attempt to reach another client’s data, or to abuse the rewards programme.

A request sent through the portal is not an order. We scope it and reply with a quote, which stays valid for 30 days.

Approving a quote is an instruction to proceed under the scope, schedule and payment terms of the proposal it belongs to. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Invoices follow the proposal’s schedule; we may pause work while an invoice is overdue.

Every scope includes the revision rounds the proposal states — two, unless it says otherwise. Changes beyond that, or to the brief itself, are quoted before we make them.

We deliver through the portal or as the proposal describes. Please review deliverables within ten working days; after that they count as accepted.

On full payment, the rights in the final deliverables pass to you. We keep the rights in our pre-existing materials, tools, templates and know-how, and you receive a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.

We may show the work in our portfolio and describe the engagement unless you ask us in writing not to. You confirm that the materials you give us — logos, footage, copy, data — do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Some work is produced with third-party generative models under their commercial licences. On request we document which tool produced which shot or asset.

Generated output may not be protectable by copyright in every country, and similar outputs may exist elsewhere; we cannot guarantee uniqueness. You remain responsible for how the material is published and for any claims it makes about real people, products or places, unless the proposal says otherwise.

Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted to correct an error or abuse. The programme may change or end on 30 days’ notice; points already earned can be spent during that period.

Coupons apply to a future invoice, cannot be combined with each other, and expire 12 months after redemption. Merchandise is while stocks last and ships within the UAE unless agreed otherwise.

Referral points are credited when the person you invited signs up through your link, and again when their first project starts. Inviting yourself, or inviting addresses you control, forfeits the points involved.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. We will try to resolve any dispute in good faith before either of us goes there.

We may update these terms; the date of the current version is shown at the top. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept it.
