4ai.ae keeps this short: one cookie to remember your language, the cookies the client portal needs to keep you signed in, one browser setting for your theme, and the cookies Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics use to show us how visitors use the site. There are no advertising or social-media trackers.

Third parties
Microsoft Clarity. It shows us how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, how fast pages load, and replays of visits, so we can fix what is slow or confusing. What you type into forms and the assistant is masked in your browser before anything is sent, and the client portal is masked as well. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.
Google Analytics. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from (a search engine or a shared link, for example) and which contact options they use. Its advertising features and Google signals are off, so the data is not used for ads. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Nothing else. Fonts are served from our own domain; pages, images and code are delivered by our hosting provider, which sets no cookies of its own on this site.
How to control them
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies for any site. If you block the language cookie, the site picks a language from your browser settings on every visit. If you block the portal’s cookies, you will not be able to stay signed in.
Most tracking-protection settings and content blockers stop Clarity from loading at all.
To turn Clarity and Google Analytics off in one browser, open 4ai.ae/?analytics=off once. Opening 4ai.ae/?analytics=on turns them back on.
