Camali Clinic: rebuilding a Dubai mental health clinic's website

The challenge

Camali Clinic runs mental health clinics in Dubai for children, adolescents and adults, with dozens of service pages, more than thirty clinicians and a large archive of guides on WordPress. The new site had to keep the clinic's brand and wording, work in Arabic as well as English, carry its old addresses across, and let people ask for an appointment without sending health details through a web form.

What we did

We prototyped ten full design directions, and the clinic chose and combined sections into one final design, which a build pipeline turned into server-rendered Next.js pages. Clinicians, insurers, testimonials and guides moved into a database, and guides are now written in a headless CMS with roles, review states, scheduled publishing and a publish-readiness checklist. The appointment form asks for contact details only and feeds a staff console where the front desk tracks each request. Site search covers services, clinicians, guides and FAQs in both languages and tolerates a typo. Arabic pages mirror the layout right-to-left with dedicated Arabic typefaces, and 131 redirects map the old WordPress addresses onto the new structure, with hreflang and structured data for the clinic, its clinicians and its articles.

The outcome

The rebuild is staged for launch on camaliclinic.com, with 36 service pages, 32 clinician profiles and 58 guides in its sitemap, its key pages in right-to-left Arabic, and every page server-rendered.
