HST Architects: a design-and-build portfolio site for Dubai

The challenge

HST Architects works across interiors, fit-out and landscaping, for villas, offices, showrooms, cafés and gardens, and its work was documented in company profiles rather than on a site anyone could browse. The new site had to show all of it clearly, be easy for search engines and AI assistants to read, and state only what the studio could back up.

What we did

We built a static site generated from a single content file, so every page, the sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt come from one source and cannot contradict each other. Project photography was processed into responsive WebP images at four widths with JPEG fallbacks. The projects index filters by discipline with a shareable URL, each of the 16 projects has its own page, and the site runs in light and dark themes with its contrast checked against WCAG in both. Every page carries JSON-LD for the business, its services, projects, breadcrumbs and FAQs, and AI crawlers, llms.txt and IndexNow were set up from the first day. Enquiries go through a small serverless function that stores each one and emails it to the studio.

The outcome

The site is live at hstarchitects.com with 24 indexable pages, including 16 project case studies and three service pages. Each page is pre-rendered HTML with structured data, and there is no JavaScript framework for a visitor to download.
